I took my mom here and the car wash was barely wide enough to fit her car and only worked on the right side. Her whole left side was unwashed and wet when we left.. Not to mention, it was the slowest car wash I’ve ever been in. Total waste of money, get a 10 piece from McDonald’s instead. Will never return!

I can't believe I just got scammed by a self-service car wash.. Half the bays are broken, but they will take your money before you can figure that out. Customer service line has no answer, and mailbox is full so you can't leave a voicemail. there was an employee on site but he couldn't help and said the owners are in South Africa and dont do anything to fix it or refund money. So I'm out the money for a wash I never got to use. Definitely reporting this disgusting business practices.

I was there washing my car engine with my dad so of course had the hook opened for that. The owner shows up and assumed that I was fixing the vehicle in the bay and without even asking if we were doing ok, he asked us to move the car inmediately before we were even done. How rude for a long time customer. Not coming back to this place.

Paid $10 for the “Ultimate” wash, the machine charged my card and printed a receipt, but the car wash never started. The screen just kept switching between “Please Wait For Carwash” and “Purchased Wash: Ultimate.” I called the emergency customer service number listed on the machine and no one answered, even though it was during business hours. Basically paid for nothing. Very frustrating and poor customer service. Avoid this place.

Be prepared to use coins, as card readers overcharge (as I just recently discovered when using their facilities a few days ago). Staff are unfriendly. Last summer, while I was cleaning my vehicle, I decided to use the soap brush and sprayer to clean any older stuck on ash from my silicone ash tray I keep for my vehicle (as I’m a smoker). I set it aside next to my Weathertech floor mats to dry while I cleaned my vehicle, and an employee snuck in and took it (along with their trash bucket) to the dumpster. When I called out the employee for throwing out my property, he insisted it was “garbage” and refused to reimburse me for the ash tray, or retrieve it. Frankly, I would not recommend this car wash. While the physical facilities are nice, the staff are not, and the card readers overcharging people are entirely predatory.
